1984 George Orwell, (1949).  Intense book relating a future ruled by "Big Brother".
Atlas Shrugged Ayn Rand, (1957).  An excellent book covering metaphysics, morality, economics, politics, and sex. 
Dogbert's Top Secret Management Handbook Scott Adams,(1997).  If you ask the workers, this book is more realistic than it is funny.  According to the author: "All modern managers use this book as their primary guide."  He's absolutely right.
The Dilbert Future Scott Adams, (1998). "Thriving on Business Stupidity in the 21st Century".  A good look at what the corporate future will be like according to the author.
The One Best Way Robert Kanigel, (1999).  The story of Frederick W. Taylor and the enigma of efficiency (Sloan Technology).
Spychips Katherine Albrecht and Liz McIntyre. How Major Corporations and Government Plan to Track Your Every Move with RFID.
Movies
Metropolis (1927) The silent film classic by Fritz Lang depicting the plight of the working class.
Modern Times (1936) Charlie Chaplin attacks the machine age with this brilliant work.  It was deliberately made a silent movie, even though sound was available at the time.
Gandhi (1982) Biography of Mahatma Gandhi directed by Richard Attenborough.  A study of passive resistance.
1984 (1984) Michael Radford's Adaptation of George Orwell's 1984. 
They Live (1988) This John Carpenter film inspired us to think of some individuals as Corporate Aliens.
Harrison Bergeron (1995) Kurt Vonnegut's story depicting population control.
Gattaca (1997) Science Fiction about a genetically controlled society.
Office Space (1999) A comedy that is not too far from depicting actual current corporations in action.
Erin Brockovich (2000) Story of a legal assistant taking on a large corporate utility and winning.
Antitrust (2001) Story of a Big Microsoft-like company that won't stop at anything to get code.
American Splendor (2003) Story of Harvey Pekar a comic book story writer who writes about the common man.
Shattered Glass (2003) Film about The New Republic journalist Stephen Glass. Story of how he fabricated many of his articles and how he was caught.
The Corporation (2004) The documentary charts the rise of corporations as a pervasive presence in our lives.
Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) Michael Moore's criticism of George W. Bush for his handling of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
